In step 2 of the order process you have to specify a password and a security question and answer. Please write down the information you have submitted.
In step number 3 you will be asked to submit verification documents. You have the choice to use national ID, passport or driving license. If you do not have any of them, say you are a minor and have no voter ID, then ask your parents to use their information.
